Prosper has in his years of practice amassed a wealth of experience in the legal practice from operating in numerous notable institutions and law firms in Zambia. Armed with a wealth of information and knowledge from jurisdictions that tend to stand on parallel lines, Prosper in 2013 took up the mantle to set up MUYATWA LEGAL PRACTITIONERS with a view to establish a firm poised to bring a new dimension to the legal fraternity.
His ideals for a good law firm are centered on an institution that is living and dynamic, changing to meet the needs of the global climate and economy as and when required. An incisive negotiator, he strives to mentor his team to adopt the concept that a lawyer is not only needed when a matter involves court; the successful running of the world around us always requires the intervention and interaction of the law, from this stems the ethos that MLP upholds to exhaust all possible settlements before litigation ensues.
