Mr. Siakalima obtained his LL.B from the University of Zambia and got his Practicing Licence in 1986. After serving in various law firms such as Sakala & Company and EBM Chambers, he set up Bango Associates in 1995. He is a seasoned but retired Officer of the Zambian Police with vast exposure in the private, public and enforcement sectors of the law.
In as much he has taken a low profile in the recent years by focusing on his farming, he remains a consultant and gives legal advice when needed.
